I've managed to amass a fair amount of vintage reference materials. Please help yourself to any of the documents below. Sorry for watermarking them, but in doing so I hope to ward off the Ebay artists for a day or two. Most are encoded as PDF files. Click on the blue text to launch the document.

Centralab Couplates
Early hybrids, found in late 50's and early 60's equipment . The filesize is fairly large ( required to make the very small nomenclature on the couplate schematics readable in the scanned document).

1939 Thordarson Transformer Catalog
Complete scan of the 1939 Thordarson Transformer catalog. The resolution is not as good as it might be, as this is a scan of a copy, but I think all pages are at least legible.
-
1937 Stancor Hamanual
Complete scan of the 1937 Stancor Hamanual . This is a scan of a copy, rather than an original, so the quality is not as good as the others. If there's data that's illegible, let me know and I'll see if I can decipher it from the copy I have.

1939 Stancor Hamanual/Catalog Part 1
-
1939 Stancor Hamanual/Catalog Part 2
Complete scan of the 1939 Stancor "Hamanual". These scans are from an original, so the quality is quite good. Stancor rigs always reminded me of gear you'd see in the Editors and Engineers Handbooks, not the ARRL books. The tube lineup was always just a bit different from what others were doing. In two parts because of size.

1941 Meissner Products Catalog
Complete scan of the 1941 Meissner Products catalog. Everything from entertainment radios, to Regen kits, to SWL receivers to IF transformers, coils and dials. Meissner is still in business in Mt. Carmel Ill, though nowhere near as big a player as they were before the war. They were later purchased by Thordarson, I believe.

United Transformer Company (UTC)
Complete scan of a copy of a UTC catalog (date unknown). Someone reduced the size of this, but it's scanned with enough resolution to allow you to zoom the page in Acrobat....it's usable, but not very pretty. If anyone has a better copy that I can borrow and scan, please let me know.
